Let’s talk Delts 💪 . It’s amazing since I began lifting at the age of 19 ➡️ now....how differently I’ve trained shoulders over the years. . I question why back then I spent so much time only training my front delts with more than enough Front Raises and Military Presses to count ? 😂 I even avoided warming up and decided, “Let’s start the first set” as soon as walking in the gym. 🤦‍♂️😳. . I’m sure everyone else laughs back at how they used to train?
