I strongly encourage my patients to keep a gratitude journal or jar! Doing so has been shown to improve BOTH emotional AND physical health.
So today, for #thankfulThursday , I’m following my own advice! Here are 3 things I’m grateful for today:
*Getting my hair did! So happy my stylist @hairbybaileydumond is open!
*When school is out, my neighborhood is super quiet. I’m grateful for 3 extra months of peacefulness!
*I’m always grateful that I live in the PNW 💕
