Today's upper body:
•Incline dumbbell press 4 x 12
•Banded chest fly 4 x Failure
•Banded moto row 2 x 12-15
•Close press up 3 x Failure
•Concentration curl 4 x 10
•Dumbbell row 3 x 10
All sets were taken close to or actually to failure to complete a rep.
I felt good today, really enjoyed this workout and I wont make any changes to this arrangement for the next 3 weeks.
